Serve at Kids Camp
Can you help us invest in kids this summer? It takes an incredible team of dedicated teens and adults to ensure our kids have the very best experience at kids camp. This week will be an impactful experience for our kids and kids in our community. We need enough adults so that each Small Group Leader can truly focus on 8-10 kids for the entire week. Would you consider giving your time to serve at Kids Camp?
There are so many ways to serve and support this week. You can see a list here. And don’t worry, if you are not available the whole week we can still find a way for you to serve!
Student Leaders: Students who are 6th grade and older can serve as Student Leaders or buddies, alongside our adult team.
Nursery and Preschool: We will be offering Nursery care and a special Preschool Day Camp for our volunteer families.
Fill out the Volunteer interest form as an initial step, let us know your availability, and we’ll go from there.
Not sure? Have questions? Join our Kids Camp Info Meeting on Sunday, April 21. This will be a 20 minute meeting in the Conference Room after each gathering. We’ll share more about Kids Camp and how you can be involved!
Mission Avenue Elementary School
Birthday Event | May 7th
Mission Ave is celebrating its birthday! To mark the occasion, the school will host a Book Fair Family Night on Tuesday, May 7th, from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. We are looking for volunteers to help with food service and clean up. By joining New City at the event, you can play a key role in demonstrating our love and support for our partner school. Join us in building community relationships by serving together!
