Mental Health Resources

We need to be honest about mental health. A whole lot of us are struggling. We may be showing roses, but we all have weeds in our garden. We’re going to talk about loneliness, depression, anxiety, burnout, and the heavy emotional stuff we feel in our chests. Everybody is either struggling with mental health or knows someone who is. Jesus cares and gets us. By turning to Jesus, we will open a door to getting help and hope. We want to use this page as a continuing library of resources for our constant pursuit of this help and hope.

There Is Help

It can be hard to take the first steps to get help. It can be overwhelming knowing even where to begin. But there is help out there, and you can find some ideas and starting places at the link below both here in Albuquerque and beyond.

There Is Hope

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
