
New City Church in Albuquerque, NM is offering a unique Summer Internship experience for local college students and young adults who are passionate about ministry and seeking hands-on opportunities to grow in their leadership, creativity, and faith. This internship is designed to provide practical experience in Kids, Students, and Family Ministries, giving participants a glimpse into the day-to-day life of church ministry and an opportunity to make an impact in our city.
Internship Highlights:
Duration: Flexible 1-3 months (4 weeks minimum).
Housing Provided: Out of town Interns will be placed with a vetted host family.
Unpaid Internship: This opportunity is designed for experience and ministry development. Interns are encouraged to raise funds for personal financial support during their internship.
Focus Areas: Kids, Students, and Family Ministries, Spanish Ministries.
Opportunities to Serve with New City:
Behind-the-scenes event planning and execution for Summer Camps, Sundays, and Family Events.
Organizing materials, gathering resources and creating spaces or decor for ministry events.
Supporting and leading activities, leading small groups for kids or students.
Serving as a counselor for Middle School and/or High School Camps.
Leading worship for Kids Camp, Leading or participating in church worship services.
Supporting our Spanish-speaking church with kids, students and other ministry opportunities.
Gain experience in hosting mission teams.
