Life can feel pretty overwhelming at times. Broken relationships, uncertainty about the future, loss that leaves a quiet ache behind. Deep down, we all sense that life was meant to be better than this.
But Easter offers something truly ancient and solid. It’s a promise that stands the test of time. The empty tomb isn’t just the memory of a miracle long ago; it’s the announcement that because Jesus rose from the dead, everything sad will not stay that way.
So what does resurrection mean when life is hard and our world feels broken? It means the story isn’t over. This Easter season, join us at New City Church as we explore the hope that, through the risen Christ, everything sad is becoming untrue.

Baptism Sunday &
Baptism Class
Are you ready to be baptized? We will be celebrating water baptisms together as a church body on Easter Sunday, April 5th as people choose to make it known that they are a follower of Jesus. If this is you, please let us know - we would love to reach out and help you get ready!
We will also be offering a Baptism Class for anyone with questions about baptism and what it means. Join us at 10:30am on Sunday, March 22nd in the conference room. We would love to help walk you through this next step.
Easter Jam
Easter Jam is a celebration big enough for the whole family! Join us for an exciting evening filled with music, interactive games, and the Easter story shared in a fun, engaging way for all ages.
Kids will enjoy an egg grab (with a sensory-friendly option), pizza, treats, a visit from the Easter Bunny, and more!
This is a family experience where everyone participates together, making memories, laughing, and celebrating the hope of Easter.
Good Friday
Worship Night
Join us for an evening of collective worship through music and prayer. On Good Friday, April 3rd, we will meet at New City Church to remember the sacrifice Jesus made for us and reflect on His grace. All are welcome! Childcare is available.

Easter Morning Gathering
Easter Sunday is a day of joy and celebration of the victory of Jesus Christ over death. We invite you and your loved ones to join us for a special Easter morning service filled with hope, renewal, and the promise of new life.
Our celebration will include joyful music, an inspiring sermon that speaks to the heart of Easter, and a community coming together in faith. It's a time to reflect on the profound love and sacrifice of Jesus, and to embrace the light He brings into our lives.
